1. Bibliography on CD-ROMs and hard copies (including extensive sections of the indicative bibliography proposed by the National School of Public Administration, as well as other bibliography items selected by our tutors).
2. Typed notes analysing, interpreting and simplifying the bibliography. These notes also make bibliography more flexible and understandable, as they focus on the crucial points for the candidates.
3. All previous examination topics and answer layouts.
4. New topics selected by our teachers and correction thereof (Text Structuring).
5. Simulation of exams 20 days before the competition. Paper correction and attribution of scores.
6. Paper topics per subject-matter unit. Correction of papers depending on each subject-matter unit. Correction of papers and remarks on further improvement.
7. Instructions on the way to structure papers and correction thereof.
8. A meeting with the teacher to resolve any queries related to the course and the papers (Saturday afternoon or Sunday).
9. Instructions on the way to structure papers during the three-hour period of the examination.
10. Contact with the teacher through e-mail, fax, post or courier to resolve any queries.
11. Entitlement to participate in 4-hour classes of revision before the exams.
12. Entitlement to participate in the final exams that simulate the final actual ones.
